Love the office, staff and the doctor. I hate going to the dentist but this has been a great experience. So glad I found them.

Sterling Dental performed the removal of my teeth and old dental products prior to fitting me for full dentures. The removal surgery went well.

However, the quality of denture materials they produce is very poor and the after-care inadequate. More than 8 months have elapsed since getting my dentures,and Sterling Dental still is not able to get them fitted properly. I have complained repeatedly to the clinic about the poor fit, how they are causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort, cutting into my gums and soft tissue of my mouth, causing bleeding and creating sores inside my mouth. Sterling Dental apparently does not consider that an emergency and cannot even schedule an appointment for over a week in advance. So you are stuck with running around in public without teeth, running around with your mouth bleeding and in pain, or quitting your job and staying home to hide in privacy waiting for Sterling Dental to have an appointment time and maybe finally get the fit right. The $2500 I spent for the procedures and the dentures was not a bargain for a product that I cannot safely use.
