The food was good and the ambiance as well

I went o a weekday, about 2:00 p.m. The parking lot was full. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated i about five minutes. Since I drink water with lemon, I did mention to the waitress that I tipped, just liked water. Service was excellent. I had the whole stuffed lobster and the corn on the cob which has an uncharge. The food surpassed any I had previously and I have had some excellent lobster meals there during the past 18 years. I had trouble cracking the claws, but a manager got gloves and painstakingly did it for me, even separating the meat. I did tip him a couple of dollars in cash. I also tipped the waitress on the bill by credit card about 22%. Sometimes service is also up to the customer, being honest, friendly, tipping, not excessively, but within guidelines. I look forward to my next visit.

Service very bad,place to dirty, we went on Sunday to eat wait for 20 min no body come to table , we ask the waiter if we can get some body , said ok but no body respond, we get up and left ,told the hostess she look at us like what ever , will never go there,

I recently visited the Red Lobster, on hey. 64. The worst restaurant experience I've had in three states, & 20 yrs. of eating in your establishments! The place was clean, & the service was good. The food was horrible! The portions were small, the salads were skimpy, & the lobster was tough .Red Lobster, built its reputation on serving good food at quality prices!You all might want to take a look back, at what got you to the position, you're now enjoying! As for me... Red Lobster is a done deal! (Stick in a fork)
