Christina is an extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable person to deal with. She should get 5* without question.



But the woman named Renee is the rudest and most condescending person I have had the misfortune ever to deal with.



I've been in there a couple of times and the first time that she was so rude was shocking to me. The next time I visited, Christina wasn't in the office and Renee was EVEN MORE rude and patronizing than previously. I would go as far as to say she was insulting.



She really should be in a job where she doesn't deal with people.
