Chevy 112 has been nothing but an amazing experience. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them in less than a year. I dealt with Pre-Owned Manager, Tod Favaloro both times who made things happen as quickly and smoothly as I needed it to be. He is professional, experienced, courteous, and his only concern was about pleasing me, the customer. I originally went there to purchase a new vehicle and Todd gave me another option with a semi used vehicle that I was able to afford. I picked up my new vehicle in less then 24 hours and I walked out, keys in hand without feeling stressed and uneasy. I went in to Chevy 112 on Presidents Day just to look but was willing to listen after having a good conversation with their internet manager, Nick, over the weekend. Unlike most car guys I've dealt with, he seemed sincere and genuinely motivated to help me get out of the 2012 Equinox I was driving. When I got to the showroom, I was greeted by a salesman named Amro who immediately began working towards securing my business. He worked out all of the financials for me on a new Traverse and went to bat for me with his leadership to make sure I left with a deal in place. As someone who has spent 13 years in Sales myself, I knew he had chops as, after a couple rounds of back and forth, he asked me straight up "if I go back and get me what you're asking, do we have a deal?". I gave him my word and he did what he said he would. After another round of dealings with their finance manager, Terry, I drove home that night with a brand new 2018 Traverse and, while it's only been two days, I couldn't be happier. Major Kudos to Nick, Amro and Terry for doing a great of not allowing me to walk out without a deal in place and they did so without being anything but genuine and transparent. They have a customer for life now.

We leased a Traverse from Chevy 112 in 2015, which was a great experience and a great deal! The mileage was really piling up and I was getting worried, what penalty was I in for? When I walked into the show room I was greeted by Austin. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help out right away. No problem, they took my Traverse back early and Austin helped find the perfect replacement Traverse! Ask for Austin, he is very experienced and goes out of his way for the customer!
