This is long overdo, but better late than never. STRAIGHT TO THE POINT: This place is very clean, the customer service was very professional and the experience was awesome.



BACK STORY: I had my 4 yr. old's bday party here in Oct. 2015. Prior to this, we'd been using Kidsland and Kid's Planet. I am also a team mom for both my sons T-Ball and Baseball teams and have hosted banquets in many places. It is barely any place to have family oriented fun, especially for smaller children, south of Atlanta. Woody's is great for smaller children and even some of the older elementary kids. We actually felt comfortable taking our shoes off and if any of you have ever been to Kid's Planet or Kidsland, you know what I mean. My kid had an awesome time and his guest did as well. Their parents actually felt comfortable with allowing them to run around. The manager of the place allowed my kids to come in and play while we went over the particulars of how the party would go, which was very nice. The host we had when time for the party, wasn't all that interactive but a very sweet girl. They made a mistake and threw out my kids b-day banner that I bought separately and once I realized it, I told the manager and she asked the owner if they could reimburse me. They did!! Just the little things that make a customer feel appreciated that matter. I wish the place was bigger but it's still worth it. Take your little ones. It's pretty cool!

I have been taking my children to Woodys for several years. I've never had a bad experience but my experience on 11/3/15 will prevent me from ever returning to this establishment. As we walked in we were greeted, got stamped, and I proceeded to pay. The lady working the front counter had her children with her and she told her youngest he couldn't have a snack because his tummy was upset. I thought little about this and continued inside. An hour later my child says she needs to go to the restroom. We headed over to the restroom with the door wide open and noticed a little boy sitting on the potty, diarrhea all over the floor. I immediately told a worker. As I was waiting for the other bathroom the little boys brother told me he had a terrible virus that was going around and he was real sick. When I asked the worker about the child having a virus he said no the little boy "ate too much". I waited for the mother to come out and asked her about it and she said he "contracted the virus from daycare" and it was okay because he was not playing on the jumps and she cleaned the barhroom. She saw nothing wrong with this. She was the manager. Gross! This little boy was walking all over the center. The fecal matter that was all over him and the bottom of his shoes were being tracked all over the carpet that mine and 50 other children were playing on without shoes. Small toddlers falling down and then putting their fingers in their mouths. It's okay though because she has Lysol. Will never go back.

I held my daughters forths birthday party at Woody's. Kim and her staff provided me superior first class service. Not only were they thorough, they were friendly to me and my guest, my hostess went above and beyond to make my child's day special. I went with a theme birthday which they provided me with beautiful table wear, goodie bags and the room was nice and clean. Very clean environment for kids, well maintained. Hands down to all the staff that made my event memorable and special. You and your friendds will love this place!!!☺

Woody's is THE place to go for your little one's bday party! I had the opportunity to work with Woody's in exchange for a discount for my daughter's 4th birthday party. We were already planning on having her party there so this was a no-brainer. They set up everything (even the extra decorations that I brought), they were very pleasant during the entire party, and they cleaned up. It was so wonderful having entertainment that pleased our wide range of kids. PLUS all we had to bring were the cupcakes! My husband and I agree, we are doing this EVERY year for both of our kiddos bday parties!

My family goes to woodys all the time. Best is when they first open and my son can go crazy! You will be wore out jumping and climbing all day with your kids! The staff there is so friendly too! Makes for a cheap fun day out!

I recommend any family with children to come to Woody's. It's fun and a great atmosphere. My family and I love Cindy. She is very friendly and attendant when needed. My kids and I will continue coming to Woody's :)

We had a horrible party experience. There was not enough seating for guests to sit and chat in the hour before we were able to access the party room. The hostess had no enthusiasm and we had to facilitate most of the party. It felt like we were imposing on them the whole time we were there. We were told to leave the room before our hour was up. Definitely not worth the money spent. We had a similar party at Monkey Joe's in Morrow and it was far superior in every aspect and even cheaper. It was such a bad experience we will be taking all of our business--party and otherwise--to Monkey Joe's. Mt son's fifth birthday was a failure--thanks Woody's!

I haven't rented for myself yet, but i plan on doing so in September! WOW was at Nash Farms on July 4th, and their equipment seemed to be in great condition and all the kids loved it!

As I told you on the phone, I would review the video and respond which is what I did. From the time you entered the premises up until 1:40 p.m. according to the VIDEO you had a blast and your guests even are seen on the video advising they had a great time.Would you like me to post it? I will not stand by and allow you to accuse me of being a racist. It is almost hilarious when you attend one of my family reunions. I must introduce you to my Paw Paw and my mom who look more like you than me. You may look on our website and see that ANYONE may rent out our facility at $250.00/hr and bring in their food. The party after yours, rented the room for 4 hours. Per the video,I am extremely happy you and your guests were having a wonderful time up until you realized someone was bringing food in. It is clear that you become upset at exactly 1:40 (40 minutes after your party was over) My hostess took a juice from our cooler not from your 16 that you purchased. We have boxes and boxes of juice and as you said on the phone, you just ASSUMED it was one of yours because she was drinking it before your party. I'm sorry that you have an issue with a contract that I made at MY business. I could go on and on about how you keep adding to your story, but I don't think it neccessary.

I do wish your 3 year old a happy birthday and a year full of her heart's desires.

I am very DISAPPOINTED that Idid not receive the customer service that I should have. All staff members were RUDE & made myself & my guests feel as if we were unwanted. Walking into the location we were never greeted. I had a birthday party there & my hostess never introduced herself to us, instead she was rude, unsociable, racist, & was drinking the juice boxes that I had to pay for. I ordered additional 2 liter sodas and they did not have ice & I was not allowed to bring in any ice. The Hostess was very DULL & UNPLEASANT!!! While my daughter was unwrapping her gifts she threw the wrapping paper on the floor and the hostess got rude with my 3 year old daughter & told her not to throw the paper on the floor!!!!! As we were loading up and leaving the party room the hostess told me that she excited about her next party because they were Africans!!!! WTF.... that was the only excitement I saw from here throughout my whole party. I guess because I was white, she wasn't excited about hosting my party!!!!! The goody bags were a JOKE. It was very embarassing..the candy was old & expired, the goody bags had no assortment or party favors!! I ended up contacting the president of the company while I was there & told her how unsatisfied I was, she basically stated she was sorry, but never once offered any sort of refund for the goody bags or for her employee drinking the juice boxes that I had to pay for. I could go on and on......but I have already spent so much time, money & energy on this whole situation. I just wanted others to know about the experience that I had & I hope that you read this and choose another jump & play facility. Save yourself the money, embarassment & frusturation!

I have three small children, 4, 2, and 1. This is an excellent place to take the children on a cold or rainy day. Staff here is very polite, very caring and concerned for your child's safety. Equipment is age appropriate and place is very clean and neat.
