I couldn't continue being a micro dairy without our friends at Hamby Dairy. Today I drove the 75 minutes to get hands on help to restore my two non-working claws from my milkers. James found the problems right away, showed me exactly how it was and needed to be, made the adjustments and replaced all necessary parts on both milkers. His kindness and attention to detail was remarkable. After spending a lot of time replacing several parts, I was ONLY charged for parts. FREE LABOR was a huge bonus. I LOVE Hamby Dairy and remain grateful for their saving me over and over and over again.

I also had a two terrible experiences with Hamby.They sent me the item I ordered but did not have enough information on their site for me to know it would not work in my situation, we went back and forth and they decided that they would take it back but would charge me a restocking fee. In the meantime I bought a milk strainer from them, and when I took it out of the box, it was clear that it would not adequately strain milk, the filter flopped around in the bottom. They then told me that they would NOT accept it back because I had taken it out of the box. I had not even poured milk thorough it. They claimed that I should have read their fine print before ordering. What company won't accept a return of an item that has not been used??? Especially if it is a faulty item!!!!??? Terrible customer service. The woman on the phone actually hung up on me. Never buying from them again.

The order I placed was lost, I did not want it, and they still sent it, I was stuck with the product because of their no return policy. I thought paypal would have helped me here but they didn't, don't make the same mistake I did.

I recently ordered some items from Hamby Dairy Supply. I called the day after I received my package to ask about returning one of my items, which was unused. Despite the fact that I was very calm and polite, I was treated very rudely, repeat, RUDELY! She told me they had a no return policy (which I was unaware of) and would not allow me to return the item. I asked if I could receive a purchase credit for my next order instead of an actual refund, but she basically wouldn't help me at all. Horrible customer service! I will never buy from this company again.

I recently ordered a milk bucket from Hamby Dairy Supply. I actually called the store and spoke to a representative. At NO time did he indicate that the item I was purchasing was not able to be returned. Had I known this, I never would have ordered the item since it was fairly expensive. When it arrived, I found it to be of very poor quality and unacceptable for use. When I called the store, I was told "Sorry that's not able to be returned". In short I will NEVER use this company again. They are a major rip-off and I really would advise against using their services
