Jewelers maintains a full time staff for jewelry repairs, which includes Daniel, for both traditional torch and modern laser repairs of all precious metals.

The staff at Family Jeweler's is phenomenal! I went to Family after another jeweler on the corner of Main Street in Marlton chipped the center diamond of my three stone, 100yr+ old family heirloom ring! I will never forget the day. Caring staff members, Dave and Eddie listened to my emotional story about how this ring that I had so much sentimental attachment to had been damaged by the other jeweler and assured me that the situation could be fixed with outstanding results.
They had my diamond expertly re-cut, with a nominal difference in size that was completely indiscernible to me when I received it back! My precious 1.08 carat diamond was only compromised to a 1.01 carat diamond due to the superior level of workmanship of their top of the line diamond cutter!! Ladies, if your diamond ever gets chipped, only trust it with a professional establishment like Family and you will not be disappointed with the outcome. Not only was the stone restored to better than new, using top of the line cutting techniques, but it sparkles 10x more than before! The ring was then reset by father/son team Gary Spivak, Master Jeweler and Josh Spivak, GIA Graduate Gemologist. They took an image I had of my DREAM RING and made it into reality within a few short weeks!!! Now I have the most gorgeous, one of a kind, diamond heirloom, restored to its deserved integrity and brilliance, and ready for me to cherish during my life and pass down to future generations.
Their customer service is A+++ from start to finish! They kept me apprised of what was going on with my diamond the whole time they had it in their possession, via email updates (which I loved). I felt 100% confident and at ease with them. Whenever I stopped in to make a payment or ask a question, I was remembered by the staff upon sight, which really does make you feel like family.
I much rather support independent businesses and artisans then chain jewelry stores any day. If you are looking to have any custom work done, look no further than Family Jeweler's. I have analyzed every detail of my ring and it is a mini work of art. Not only do they do amazing custom pieces, but their showroom is GORGEOUS and I drool over everything in the cases every time I go. They provided me with the most professional looking appraisal in addition to the finished product, by their knowledgeable, on-site GIA gemologist, Emilio. Get your engagement and wedding rings here, the selection is better than anywhere around! I recommend them highly to all of my customers who compliment my ring daily! Family and Co is the best jeweler in South Jersey. Beautiful diamonds and settings to choose from and willing to work with whatever you want to make you happy. I am having diamonds reset for my wedding band and it was a super easy process. I can't wait to pick it up in 3 weeks. I would never shop anywhere else.

To say I had a fantastic experience at Family & Co Jewelers would be an understatement! I went in with an idea of what I wanted for custom jewelry design, and Dave was kind enough to listen but then offer his own suggestions. His direction took my idea to a whole new level and I'm extremely satisfied with my new necklace design. I can't say enough about the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service of everyone there, including their adorable dog Chero! I'm excited to get and wear my new jewelry and recommend this store highly!

all I can say is WOW!!!! I have always been intimidated by jewelry stores; these peeps changed all that for me. I entered a stranger, I left there feeling like I made a new group of friends. I was buying an engagement ring but I noticed they were like this with every customer in the place; even the young gal buying a cheap bead. I have found my jeweler for life....
got very good service, the staff is very friendly and patient.
