Above and beyond my expectations!!! Both myself and my partner do not remember being rude to anyone. We pride ourselves on listening to all callers and examining the issues. The only calls we unilaterally end are ones where the person will not accept what we are saying and refuse to hang-up and we conclude by simply saying good-bye.
