Yesterday I had an appt. When I got into the room I explained to the MA my reason for being there. I told her about the accident and the idiot who ran the red light. She was in and out of the room a few times which I found odd. Next thing I know the doctor's refusing to see me due to "conflict of interest." It was her spouse that hit us! The doctor wouldn't even show her face and refused to fill my prescriptions until I could see another doctor.

Main Street Urgent Care

I come here quite often, came in to have paperwork filled out on a Wednesday. Had a walk in appointment just for this. Doctor didn't complete paperwork (I paid $25for it to be complete). Left it to be finished on that day and I am here on Monday morning to get it done. So, another three hours, another charge to the insurance for something that should have the first time. Also, I don't believe that if I am paying for paperwork filled out my insurance shouldn't be charged. I was only in the office for a couple of minutes then I was put off to an RN to get it completed...

I have been going to Main Street Urgent care for over 4 years now and have not experienced any problems for me or my kids! I have only the highest respect for the people who work in this office! They are very nice and the office was just remodeled so it looks very nice and clean. I would tell anyone to go here...they take walk-ins or appointments

never go to that place.take my son to that palace he had very bad allegies.we went there 9am until 11:20am they did not call usmy son was so upset we walk out from that office without seeing doctor..before u go to that offica make sure you have to spend 4-5 hours in there..i went there yesterday patient who came before 8:45am still waiting to see the doctor i leave the office at 11:20 they r still wating to see r very upset..never going back there in my life and either not suggest anybody to go in that office..even they not appologize for long waiting..even u make appointment they take u back on time but left u to wait in room for long waiting for doctor...never make mistake to go that office..it is called urgent care but it is not urgent..the doctor see only one patient in every 2 hrs that wahat people told me....
