Very prompt and professional. Came for quote same day and came to complete tree trimming exactly when they promised.

This business doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating but this review sytem is making me pick at least one star. I would have prefered to give a ZERO STAR. I have wasted more of my time waiting for this company to show up or waiting for them to call me. After three missed apts to trim my trees, I finally have come to realize that they never intended to do this job. It would have been nice and RESPECTFUL for ABK to pick up the phone and call me so I could at least line up a REPUTABLE company. Now, over 2 months after the storm, I have to start all over to hire a tree service. I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend or an enemy. ABK, you need to go back to school and take a class in good customer service.

I have used ABK Tree Service twice now. Once for removing a small dead tree and just now for trimming a huge tree in my backyard. Both quotes were reasonable and affordable. They showed up on time, were polite, efficient and quick. Clean up was fantastic too. This is my first experience with having trees trimmed and I was quite pleased with their service (found ABK originally on Craigslist)

I was very happy with the exceptional service and quality work that ABK Tree Services performed today. They arrived right on schedule and performed flawlessly. The crew cut and removed four huge dead ash trees, cleaned up all the mess and still had time to remove a fifth large ash tree of my neighbors. They were very polite and professional to say the least. I will certainly call ABK back should the need arise.





I strongly recommend ABK Tree Services for anyone looking for a top notch group of hard working individuals. A++

I had this company remove a tree that fell in my yard during last weeks storm.

As I used this company before for a small tree job at another residence,

I called them again.

The tree was over 45' in length and a large removal.

Their price was reasonable and the service to remedy my problem was quick.

I particularly liked their clean up effort after completion of the job.

I would recommend them and will use them in the future!

Called for quote and was told I was too far away (15-20 minute away)

If you're gonna have your friends write good reviews or srite them yourself atleast use different words in the reviews every review is the same mentioning quotes, on time, blah blah blah give me a break is business that bad for you? Branch tree service got my 5k YOU LOSE!!!!

These guys were on time, professional and fast. I got a very good quote and they got that to me quickly as well. They even went further and got rid of some existing fallen wood that was in the yard from a wind storm that DTE left behind.

On Monday of the week, I called to have someone give me a quote about grinding some tree roots. The roots are in a difficult area on the property line. The guy who came to give me the quote said it could not be done because the areas was too small for the machine. I explained I would remove whatever was in the area so the machine would have direct access to the roots. No issues whatsoever. A written quote was given and asked to schedule the service on Saturday of that week. The guy stated he would verify the availability and call me back to confirm. By Thursday I did not receive a call. I called to check in and see if there was an issue. The individual on the phone said he would look into it and get back with me. Friday afternoon I called again and when I told the individual who i was who answered the phone, the phone call was disconnected. I thought the call dropped and called back. The call went right to voice mail, left a message to call me back. I called 2 hours later and left another message. No return call at all.



How do you run a business like that? I saw all the good reviews here and thought the company was reputable. Apparently not. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This just makes me wonder where the respect factor is in this company's mission statement.
