Loved this Christian-owned business! Had a little trouble getting permission for my mom to come to the fitting area but seeing how uncomfortable I got, she obliged. I only tried on 6-8 dresses before I found the perfect wedding dress! Pretty good prices too! Except accessories, did not buy them there. Will be back to try bridesmaids dresses. Thanks for making me feel like a bride! The owner even came and talked to us, very involved in the day-to-day, which I like.

I just wanted to look around with my mom for a few minutes,but they insisted we do an appointment. We gave in and they took me to the fitting rooms and had my mom sit on a couch near the mirrors. I was NOT allowed to chose which dresses I tried on. I told the girls what kind of dress I was looking for, and they pulled the exact opposite each time. I finally showed them a picture of a dress I had tried on at another store and liked, and was asked WHY I DIDN'T JUST BUY THAT DRESS. I wasn't even allowed to put the dresses on myself. The woman made me take my clothes off and followed me into the fitting room. NORMAL dress shops at least wait until you have the dress pulled up before they come in. They finally brought in a dress I did somewhat like, and they took my name and number and wrote down the dress I liked. I got a different dress from a different store thankfully! They have called me TWICE asking me to come back and look at the dress again. Would NOT recommend this place!

I was in town visiting church street bridal (which is amazing) and thought I would stop by Absolute because I saw an advertisement. I walked into the store and was politely harassed by the employee working there. I was looking for both a flower girl dress and a wedding dress. The employee continually asked me to make an appointment in the afternoon. I explained I couldn't because I was from out of town and couldn't hang around waiting for the appointment. The employee practically followed me around the store asking "are you sure you don't want to make an appointment", over and over again. I had no intentions of pulling any dresses out, I simply wanted to look. They had a very small selection of size 16 dresses that were on the rack. There's no way I would have ever ordered anything from them.

This place is sketchy! You are ambushed the second you walk in and they are very pushy. I ended up finding a dress here and when I got it home, I realized all the tags had been cut off. I called and asked who made the dress and they wouldn't tell me saying how they don't want people to discover where they find their collection. Pretty sure that isn't even legal. Avoid this place!

The whole process was shotty. They changed the due date to move it up to a day I was out of town for work, made me measure myslwf, threatened to up charge all the other girls if I dropped oUT or ordered later, didn't alert me when dresses were in and areholding other dresses hostage till I come pay my balance. Also charging hodden fees like a holding fee.

Awful, rude, intrusive, and rushed service. And when this was brought to the attention on their facebook business page, it was dealt with even more unprofessionalism and a sales pitch. Not worth your time.

the only reason this place has a star from me is because I had to rate it before I could post my comments! This is the 2nd wedding I have been a part of that was a nightmare...I will not get into the part of the Mother of the bride having to go find another dress last minute because they ordered the wrong dress. This man just wants your money...he and his staff will mess up...yes these things happen but the difference here is he will try to make it your fault and argue with you about it...he knows you are stuck with his rules and he does not care. this is why there is no refunds on anything in his store so if you end up not happy no sweat off his back...he got his money!!! sad way to run a business!!! don't believe me just Google this place and go read other comments notice how he only responds to the ones like this one!

BEWARE The worst experience EVER. My son's Sr Prom and the gray tux comes out of the bag wrinkled and looking very cheap. The jacket was too big, the shoes looked as if they were probably about many years old and NO vest and tie. I voiced my concerns because when we ordered the tux, they did not have a jacket in his size available to try on (very professional) but the girl assured me the jacket would be fine, it was not. When I questioned the shoes I was first told that they could not give me a refund but would give him a white pair "if " he could fit a pair already in the store. I am disgusted at this point. Suddenly I am sitting there alone because all of the employees that were so eager to take my payment had disappeared. Attempts to get a vest and ties from the supplier failed for whatever reason so they went to the rack and found a vest and tie with missing buttons but they could sew the buttons on, I just had to waste my time and gas and come back the next day.

i found this place amazing the very first dress i tried on i loved so did the girl helping me find a dress they are so nice compared to celebration bridal i will never go there again!!!!! celebration bridal had my dress for 3 months i paid them to fix the beads on the dress they were popping out the girl simply said" if you see a bead popping out to pull the string and had my dress inside out um hello im not paying you to pull beads the tuxes were all wrong sizes had to do a rush order!!!!!! absolute bridal is a whole lot more professional staff is nice and always helpful thank you so much for helping me find the dress of my dreams whitney

Absolute disaster is right HUNTY!!! I went into the store on Sat, expressed interest of a dress, I was told that I had to put down a deposit of $90.00 before I could see the dress or try on the dress, (they did not have any in the store) the employee took my measurements I was told by her that I was signing a contract agreeing to the size of the dress being ordered. After seeing the reviews that evening after I left the store, I was shocked!! I was told that the order would not be placed until on Monday morning so I called to cancel the order on Sunday, and requested my money back, THEY REFUSED over the phone, TO AGREE, REFUND ME ON A ORDER THAT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PLACED!!!! I will be there as soon as they open on Monday morning I will let everyone know if they give me my money back.

Very professional! They had such a wide selection of dresses..and their prices were very very reasonable. They really do offer everything there. Thanks guys for a great experience!!

Very unprofessional staff, we were told several lies. Disfunctional and very unorganized. The suits were very poor quality, the collars were yellowish brown. The manger said: well they are used suits. I would not recommend anyone to this store. The staff is untrainded and unprofessional, several suits had to be altered. We never got satisfaction for the dingy shirts so we just went and purchased new shirts. If we had more time we would have rejected the suits and went somewhere else. You must also pay for your tux before they will let u try it on because they know once you see it you will be very disapointed. But its too late because we had already paid for them. I am the groom and the suit was so nasty and had so many threads hanging off it, it looks like it was worn thru a briar patch. Needless to say i went a purchased my own tux because it was so horrible.

She said "i will lose the baby fat so it should look better," I had my daughter 3 months ago. They kept pushing me to buy right then without comparing elsewhere. The manager even said "a dress is like a man, if you love it, why keep looking? You don't look for anyone else after you fall in love," I told him, "you do look past your first love often, because you break up, change and grow, as and your taste in dresses could do the same." I have a year to choose, i'm not buying right now, this is the first place I have ever looked. I told him my mom had to see the dress, and he goes "send her the catalog!" I want her to see me IN IT if she will be buying it. It was awful, all they care about is the commission from each purchase! The more pushy they are, the less likely I will buy from them!

This place cares about nothing except getting the good ole green dollar. made our girls family shopping a horrible experience. they would not let the twin sister in to help the bride get dressed, even though this is what she wanted. labels had been removed from the dresses. WAY overpriced. stay far away!!!!!
