I have used this dealer for 3 year. My comments are related primarily to the service dept. They are as professional and courteous as you'll ever find in a dealership. My service advisor Oscar has always been efficient, straightforward and helpful.

Would purchase again and would recommend them to everyone. Ask for Hector Had a loaner for me available when I needed to bring it back for a detailing.Made you feel very comfortable, more of a friend then just a customer.The service dept is set up like nothing I've ever seen. Clean, professional a great deal of thought went into de signing the service dept.The salespeople greet you then bring you to the appropriate service person. Your not left to wander around and figure your own way. Other companies your put into a POD?????Then sit there and wait.......Myfamily works for another dealership and couldn't do as well as Lowell Chrysler could do for us.We'll be back!!!!!
