Sept.28,2013 My daughter used Tuxedo Avenue for the men in her wedding party. When everyone initially went to be measured the service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, when it came time to pick-up the tux, the service wasn't as great. My husband said there was no one around to help him see if the tux fit correctly since the last time he'd wore a tux was over 30 years ago. Later after the wedding ceremony the hem came out of his tux. Three others in the wedding party had ill-fitted tuxedos--the pants were either too short or too long. One groomsman had the wrong color vest & when my daughter called the day of the wedding nothing was done about it. When I returned my husband's tux and ask for a comment card, the manager spoke to me & gave excuses why my husband's hem came out, etc. and then never gave me a comment card. I was disappointed in this service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone getting married.

My brother was married recently, and chose this store for tuxes for the bridal party. The day before the wedding, two of the groomsmen recieved items in the wrong size and had to return to the store the day of the wedding to receive correct sizes. The shirts were dirty and stained, a pant zipper was broken. The best man was missing a vest. Some of them had cuff links, some didn't. They were just pretty much an awful mess. When we complained at the store upon returning them, the clerk asked me if I felt better now that I had "vented' and then handed me a number to call corporate! Extremely disappointed, if you need tuxedos, get them somewhere else.

Had no problem with the service initially, but once there was a problem the woman at the store acted like I was a moron on the phone and was not helpful. If you get a Tux from this place God help you if there is an issue.

my daughter and I went there yesterday to look for bridesmaid dresses. We had heard they were not helpful and man was that true. If you are looking for a certain color I found it overwhelming because they are in groups of designers. When we asked for assistance they gave as little as possible as if not wanting to move from the desk where they were constantly on the phone. No matter what we asked they gave short answers as if not wanting to be bothered. We will not be back. I don't think I have ever seen such uncaring unhelpful associates anywhere.

I recently had my bridesmaids purchases dresses from here. The service was HORRIBLE! The employee that helped (or should I say didn't help) us did not assist us in anyway and misinformed me about pricing until after contracts were signed and dated. How nice, huh? I had always heard bad things but then I found a beautiful dress there that I really wanted anyway. So, I said I'll try it out. If you have any reservations-please trust your instincts before purchasing anything from here. Go somewhere else if you expect to be treated decent on such an important and special day.
