Under bid jobs, sloppy workmanship missed deadlines, lost most of fabrication crew for refusing drug test,poor record keeping hotspot for gossip,HR discusses supervisor salaries with employees,employees refusing job task and owner does nothing,supervisors not allowed to delegate,repeated problems with paint crews.High turnover of employees because of bad attitudes.
