Got carryout here. They told me 15 minutes. It tood 45! They had 1 girl answering phones/seating people/cashier/and carryout. THe food was ready but she didnt have time to go back and get it. This is the 2nd time this year. They need to get their act together!

this place is a disgrace to ALL Big Boy restaurants the fries are like reheated all burnt. PLEASE TO THE MANAGER CHECK the food I wouldn't eat here ever again. its kinda sad there are not many Big Boys left opened. Its your future check the food. The staff were very nice.
