My experience with this dealer was excellent. I called him about a car I saw on the Internet. He told me the quoted price was the total price with no additional fees. (The fact that I live in New York State and would get my own plates helped.) When I came to the dealership, he was ready with the car, a 2003 Focus wagon, which was even cleaner than I anticipated. My wife test drove it (it's for my son) and we were very pleased. We signed the papers (which had the originally quoted price). Bruce put a temporary license on the car and sent us the title, which arrived within two weeks.
