I used this company for 4 years and they initially provided an OK cleaning. Don't expect much, you will need to remind them to clean basic areas and if your house is already clean...they may just "overlook" any areas that are not obviously dirty. When it comes to them being insured and bonded....don't believe it. They will deny any and all claims. They will tell you "we can't prove that our cleaners damaged the item." I have had several broken small items over the past few years...most of which are not a big deal (never complained about them). Custom made curtains that are destroyed is a different matter. I was a customer for many years and NOT even a "sorry"....or "can we give you a free cleaning" or anything of its kind. Shameful! I would encourage you to find another company that is more trustworthy and responsible....I did!

Horrible job!! Expensive for the work done. They came out and attempted to "fix" thier errors but shoddy work!
