      In operation for more than 30 years, Lexington Eye Associates offers a range of ophthalmic services to patients of all ages. Its services include cosmetic surgeries, treatment of eye diseases, and adult and pediatric eye examinations, as well as emergency and in-hospital eye care. It provides treatment options for glaucoma, myopia, vision disorders, retinal diseases, cataracts and other eye problems. The group performs fluorescein angiography, corneal topography and refractive surgical procedures, including lasik and photorefractive keratectomy. Lexington Eye Associates also organizes lectures on eye care for community groups and offers sports and school eye safety programs. It has a contact lens department that fits soft, gas permeable, tinted, aphakic and kerataconic lenses. Additionally, the group treats children with eye muscle imbalances and lazy eyes.
