Tim was recommended by a local nursery for some landscape design and work for our front yard. He not only did a great job, but was the lowest bid I received from two other landscape companies. He was recommended from the sod company and showed up to give a quote, after contacting him numerous times and waiting for clear weather conditions he started the job 1 & 1/2 months later... The job was to rip up old ruined sod and replace with new. Easy. The tear up job around the fence was awful and all the did was lay the new sod on top of uncut sod causing it to curl up along the fence line, it's been 5 days and it's already dead. While bringing his excavator to the backyard he drove right over the area my sprinkler system stems from the house. I specifically told him it was a worry of ours too, totally disregarding he says he does it all the time with no problems, after he left 5 of my 6 lines are broken and he cannot be reached to fix them, why because he already got paid. He is horrible at contacting you back and I feel the only reason he did start this job is that after 4 straight days of saying he'll be there and then no call no showing up, I said in an email we will be looking else where. After receiving the email he showed up at my house at 8:45 pm, knocked on the door and said ready to start. The work was amateur at best, and really did not feel we got the job we expected for the money we spent. The only reason he got a 1 star is because you can't leave the field blank. Work with him at your own caution.
