Very satisfied with the costumer service there. I was at the place on 31st of December 2011 and one of the girls who was on shift (Bethany) tried really hard to find the type of jacket I was looking for, unfortunately even then when we did find it there was no more of the correct for me size left. Bethany then started do calls to other stores in US and found one in N Carolina that had the right size for me. Gave them my CC N and got it shipped over my address in MD. The price was also very acceptable (It was over 200$ and I got the thing for around 80$ shipping included as well as I remember). Well unfortunately I didn't get it right away - there was delivery fail (which of course has nothing to do with the girls who did great job) and had to do few phone calls to the store in N Carolina but then again had great respond (got my clothing right away).
