Vinaya Saunders offers private in-home yoga instruction and meditation instruction in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Services include Ayurveda for all ages: seasonal diet and yoga poses, pregnancy diet and yoga, cleanses and detox, and weight loss diet plans personalized for individual body types. Vinaya also offers Reiki, Meditation Lesson via Skype. Vinaya travels to private clients' homes and corporate clients' offices throughout the Washington DC Metro area.
