Provided by YP.comI took my Mother today to buy glasses and the Lady who help us (Christina Bashara) was AWESOME! her customer service was excellent and she made the process so smooth. Her attitude was a major plus as well. She rocked and my Mother was very pleased.

Provided by YP.comJust don't do business here. I've been very unhappy that's it's taken 6 months to ironed out my contact situation. It's more complicated than it should have been. I've been shuffled between stores, forgotten to be called back and next year I'm definitely going somewhere else. The problem is between incompetence or laziness.

Provided by YP.comDON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Complete failure on a recent original Rx set of new lenses, and failure on THREE remake attempts! - each one requiring another week to 10 days for return from the factory. FOUR complete failures in a row on the same order! Lenses not per the Rx AND scratches - each time. This store has always been a failure for me...and hearing only apologies given out to every customer while waiting LONG periods for service. Not a one-time thing..this is the usual standard of business. I had remakes on my previous order here too...but I returned to this store because I needed the matching frame for my updated Rx. I assumed my first bad service was just a fluke...but learned it can be MUCH worse. I am an adult and can tell when a new pair of glasses from an optician is not made correctly....BUT CAN YOUR CHILDREN TELL WITH THEIR NEW GLASSES?? Go elsewhere! And before buying, investigate the level of quality and the quality control by the "factory" that is actually making lenses for your new glasses or those for your kids! Low price is the draw for customers to come to this place...but you get what you pay for...low price - low quality.
