Horrible customer service. My 11 year old and her friends went here because of the good price. But because they were children they did not listen to them when they said the nails were to long. Another one wanted thicker nails, and again they just ignored their request and keep on working. They told them the color they wanted and on what nail, and they did what they wanted to do. When my daughter spoke up he said it will better like this. 15 minutes after they were done I picked them up and they told me how unhappy they were with their nails, so we all went down there and I expressed our unhappiness. To sum it up they yelled at me, they pointed their fingers at us and pretty much called the girls liars. They said I need to go home and teach my children how to speak up for themselves!! Their white looks like dirty yellow fingers & the next day the nails chipped. They decided they were done talking to me, walked away and left me standing there. They said I should not have paid if I was not happy. They were rude and threatening to me, the girls, my husband (who came later to back us up) and another of the girls mothers.
