Bad. I had appointment and didn't even take 10 minutes for him to send me home cause I didnt know if I had some disease that he was asking me all I went just for him to take a look. he didn't take look at my teeth I recommend other places down essex st this one wont take a look at you if you dont have the right answer for them. Bad very bad you better going other places.

I'm not rating the office and neither the front desk or secretaries. I don't think they realize that they're in the customer service business and must be friendly and helpful without all the attitudes and unpleasant countenances. The wait is unacceptable: I once waited 45 minutes for an appointment I made months earlier. I don't think a patient should wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. However, the hygienist they have on staff is the best. I have been to various practices in the Merrimack Valley and no one compares to Arlene. Ongoing teeth whitening special and very affordable and competitive pricing in the area.
