I called and the woman didn't sound very pleasant. I, myself, work at an animal hospital, hospitality is one of the most important things. Second, the woman isn't able to quote you a price over the phone. I'm not wasting gas to go somewhere if I can't get a price of things. Even a starter or basic price would've been fine.
