      They will try to over charge you, they can't be trusted.I was billed $168. for a part that I can by locally, retail for $96.00.Then they inflated their work hours. They were at the house for 3 hours, but billed me for 6 hoursThey also charged me 1 and 1/2 hours to go to the hardware store to get supplies they forgot.They then charged me $28.00 for 6 - 3 inch long screws.When I called them they got beligerant and defensive. The work was done fine, but needless to say they will not be invited back
