Fred Mendoza, owner, has been seen several times on the popular TV show "King of the Grill". Fred's food cart can be found in the fall at the Uncle John's Cider mill serving his delicious Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, and spectacular side dishes. Stop by and check out the fresh Brisket just near the Lansing Airport on Grand River Avenue.
