When Bob Pepping "Pep" owned the facility, it was awesome. Since his passing, the shop has not been the same. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very professional and courteous, but they are terrible at working on cars. We have tried on many occasions to get the same service we used to get with Pep, but have failed miserably each time. Every time we have taken a vehicle to them, for a minor repair, we have had to return two and sometimes three times to get the repair repaired. Eventually they do get it fixed, but it is a huge hassle to have to repair the repairs each and every time. So, if you have time to keep taking your vehicle to them for the same repairs over and over again, this may be the best shop you will ever find. But if you expect the repair to be completed on the first try, you need to find another shop. The manager Bob Peppin (PEP) is very professional, courteous and will go the extra mile for his clients. He and his staff was able to get my auto in on short notice for service and repair quickly. He was honest, which is very refreshing in this line of business. I would recommend him and his auto shop to everyone!
