Provided by YP.comWe live in Orange and have the choice of either Beaumont or Lake Charles pet emergency centers when our pets need immediate care. We will choose Lake Charles every time. The care they give is excellent and thorough. They also love animals and it shows. We’ve had two experiences with the Beaumont facility and neither were good. We switched and will always use Lake Charles for any pet emergency.

Provided by YPmobileI cannot thank the Pet ER doctors and veterinary assistants enough for the excellent work they provide to our community. For me as a pet owner, Knowing there is a high-quality veterinary emergency clinic in our area provides peace of mind.
The ER team has helped me and my pets through several emergencies. I highly recommend their service (and my daytime veterinarian endorses them, too!)

Provided by YPmobileI recently had to make Saturday night trip to the pet emergency clinic when I found my cat peeing outside the litter box. They employee were very welcoming and gentle with my girl. It turned out to be a pretty straightforward problem, that was taken care of that night. I am so thankful for the doctors and staff! This was not my first trip to the after hours vet, as I have had to bring a couple of my dogs on different occasions. Once my vet even referred me to have an ultrasound done on my dog by one of the highly trained vets. It was a good experience that allowed my regular vet to receive a report that minitored by dog's disease.

Provided by YPmobileWe had purchased a tiny Yorkie. Had her 1 week. We went outside to work in the yard and she was with us. I saw her playing with an acorn but didn't think it was harmful. Next thing I know she is listless, can barely walk. We went straight to the Pet ER with her. They dropped everything they were doing to work on our baby. We couldn't be happier to have a facility available with a Dr in house to care for our pet. Turns out she chewed on the acorns which for her was toxic. Anyway, thanks to the Dr and staff, she is alive which is worth everything to us.

Provided by YPmobileMy dog was hit by a car. We rushed her to the pet er. After stabilizing her, they came in to discuss our options and were primarily interested in getting money from us, in full and immediately instead of the well being of my dog. Once we told them we could not pay in full that day and requested a payment plan or other options. Other than Care Credit, which I do have but used on my own medical expenses. The vet told us humane euthanasia. No other options.

This clinic is open when you need them the most- after hours on nights, weekends, and holidays. My vet works really long hours, so I really hated to bother him after hours. But there are times when my herd has needed help during those hours. The Pet Emergency Clinic has been there and has been great. I have even noticed that they have a new website . petemergencyclinic.net. I am glad I don't need them very often, but when I do, I am glad they are there!
