Their food is gerat, BUT they need to be a bit more customer service oriented. They need to let you order online and/or by fax. It is impossible to get them to answer the phone and for business people, it is impossible to try to call them all day to place an order for their pickup window. Please think about upgrading your phone orders to include fax and or online.

I've tried every one on the menu, and I eat there at least twice a week, they are absolutely unparalleled. Best quick place in town, or anywhere else as far as I'm concerned.

This place has the best sandwiches in Lake Charles. Must get the Surf & Turf. Awsome bread and home made jalapeno mayonaise. Must eat to appreciate!!!
