In November 2020, we started a new chapter under the ownership of Tim Metcalf, Greg Metcalf and Ken Boudreaux. Our new owners bring a combined total of over 75 years of restaurant industry experience, and they look forward to spending many more years here at Prejean's. While we've recently done some remodeling, we are once again open for business. Visit our iconic family-owned restaurants in Carencro and Broussard to see what's new.Do you love authentic Cajun food? Provided by YPmobileI never had such a bad experience. Spent over $100.00 for three people and none of us could eat the food, yes it was that bad. I ordered a broiled seafood platter, which was to have aligator, oysters, frog legs ect the only thing it had on it was catfish which was not on the menu description and one oyster. The catfish was not edible. The waiter was not willing to fix the order. Not wanting to make a scene we left very hungry and ripped off. I travel for a living and eating out is a requirement for me for the last 15 years This by far is the worst experence I have ever had. One star is to high of a rating for this place.

Provided by YP.comTry the Grilled Tuna Ceasar Salad.. Absolutely delicious! This is a great lunch and quiet the treat. Always cooled to perfection and just the right size for a great lunch.
Unfortunately, this place has seen better days. The food is lackluster and close to overpriced. It has been up and down over the years and there is always hope.
