Most unprofessional florist... received a flower birthday cake that was ordered on 1800flowers.com for me... Looked NOTHING like the picture, size, amount of flowers, flower types... EVERYTHING was wrong!! the person who sent them to me called and complained to 1800flowers and the florist called to tell me she is coming to pick up my flowers!!! 1800flowers was Mortified at the unprofessionalism... She is NOT getting my flowers!!
