Tour was very impressive - quiet & clean.Will use this facility!

This place is truly amazing! The staff is very friendly and genuinely care about each pet. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely take my pet again. It is a very stress free environment for your pet!!

This is a wonderful boarding facility!! My animals were well spoiled and loved on, and I was worry free. I won't take my animals anywhere else but Dream Katcher Lodge. The facility is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They even took the time to take pictures of my animals enjoying their day to send to me while I was gone. When I take my dogs there they greet the staff as if they were family, and the staff greet my dogs as if they were their own. This is a wonderful home away from home when you are traveling.

This kennel was down right awful! I really can't imagine how they have gotten so many positive reviews because we were extremely upset to have to leave our poor dog there, just for one night. Our hands were tied and we had no other choice for that night. We dropped him off in the evening, which proved to be a bad experience. It was cold, raining & very dark. We were told on the phone that they would provide warm bedding for him, but as of closing time, when we dropped him off, none of the dogs had bedding. Secondly, the fencing seems quite short to be safely housing animals in the play yards and the perimeter fencing! We did not feel safe leaving him there for that reason among others. The kennels were dirty, the "office"/check-in lobby looked completely un-kempt and dis-organized. All of the pets dropped off food was everywhere, utensils along with staff food kept in dissaray and the entire complex was filthy. The runs are "indoor/outdoor." They look more like a prison.
