We have been going to Cedar Bluff since 2003. Have had multiple pets treated there. Very pleased with service. They really love animals and take the time to listen to the owner. We moved from the West Knoxville area in 2005 to Powell. There are,several vets right down the road over here, but we continue to bring our 4 cats to Cedar Bluff. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic. Dr. Wolf was a delight through a scary situation with my dog, she really out my mind at ease and told me step by step to get my dog to recover in a timely manner. Sometimes when you get lots of medication to adminster to your fur baby it can be overwhelming, however, she was top notch in explaining all my questions. It was on the expensive side but every dime well spent. You have a returning costumer in me and I will gladly tell my friends about how courteous Dr. Wolf and her staff was.
Very caring staff, from the front office to the vets. You can tell they love their job! We have brought our dog to them since we got her (7 years).
She had her mind made up when I came in, based on, (according to her), what she sees there all the time. I didn't think she was correct but she was insistent. Went somewhere else, got a different diagnosis.
Great people, great price, but most importantly these folks actually care about your animal. I went there initially under the most unpleasant of circumstances and the level of compassion, caring, and concern that was shown to my dying 12 yr old family dog (and us) have convinced me to never go elsewhere. We've been taking our beagle puppy there since it was born, and won't go anywhere else.
we still take our dog there, but they are expensive and do needless tests that simply add to the cost. I took my dog in for her rabies shots recently and it was $120.00!?!?!?
