It seems just about every other time I go in to get litter trays they are completely out. If you know they sell and sell well I don't understand why you wouldn't order enough to keep stocked. May go to s complete different brand of self cleaning litter box just so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

This time I took my pet to the groomer and he left with an piped vessel in his eye I hate to think they coked my dog cause I take him there all the time and never had a problem to now I feel like if my dog was giving a hard time I should have got a phone call and I would have not got services for him so I end up spending 100 in the petstore and grommers then turn around and have to pay a 50 doller vet bill cause of what happen if I don't hear something back from them about a refund or gift card im going to go off...not to mention the doctor said it could only be two things he gave then a hard time and he yoked why hooked to the restraints or they choked him so someone needs to tell me something ....asap

I never had a problem with petsmart in the past, but being a veterinary technician I never needed help picking toys and pet food. I however would NEVER take my dog there for grooming, I have heard reports of a dog dying under a blowdryer after a bath. I have no experience with the Vet clinic there so can give no review other than they are always extremely busy. When I started up an aquarium again I became completely dissapointed at the people that they staff in the fish department. Only one or two of them may be worth your time, but overall the staff is poorly trained. I even had an experience where one of the staff members just made up answers to questions I asked. I informed another employee who excused it by saying he was new. I spoke to the manager who said he had been there for over 2 years. The fish seem to be in good condition and well cared for, but you need to go in knowing the answers to your own questions. They are sales people and will sell someone 15 fish to go into a brand new 10 gallon tank without ever saying a word. The prices are fair in most cases, and I do go to buy what is usually more expensive equipment at other stores. Bulbs, filters, etc...

i was very satisfied with the people who took care of my dog they all knew what they were doing the groomers did an excellent job on my dog i will always go back to them
