      Pathetic HIM Supervisor

      The HIM supervisor gossips for hours with her staff. Staff can stand for 3 hours and listen to her gossips as if its work related. Very unproffesional and lacks work ethics. I was wondering why her manager will not let her go. She's a dent in her career. Please do not gossip your staff to your staff.
