Garry, Manager, and staff went out of their way to help me with a blown tire and warranty replacement. They were more knowledgable about the process than my car dealer and or other repair stores. The transaction was handled overnight so when I came back my car was back to normal with a new tire in no time. They really made my problem their own and that's what customer service is all about. Dead good. They have been fair, reasonable and quick every time I've been there. BTW, I'm not an owner and I'm not related to the folks who run the place. They miss five stars because I find that the tire line they carry has some holes in it. Sometimes I want a longer lived tire with harder rubber than they have for a particular vehicle.
