They were noting but nice to me and were willing to help me out in anyway that they could. The guys that worked their were knowledgeable and taught me how and why they price the gold they purchased. Only place to sell gold in Kansas City. They gave me a fantastic deal on some old jewelry I hadn't worn in years. Nice shop, clean, not creepy, very professional.
