Nicole O'Brien cut my hair and did the best job ever. My first time there. She also colored my daughter's hair and was so patient and got it done, even though it took hours. She very professional and knows what she is doing. Thank you Nicole!

The WORST hair experience ever! I went in to get my hair lightened (I was getting an ombre) and a good 10 or so inches of my hair were burnt off by the "expert stylist". She told me she'd have to cut 3 or 4 inches and cut off at least 10! Beauty Brands is now refusing to do anything to fix what has happened to my hair. Doesn't even deserve one star.

This salon is mediocre, as for my stylist or so called "master stylist"... Jennifer Schawrts she was very unprofessional and just outright ghetto! The chair i was seated in was covered in hair from the previous 5 clients she had that day, the entire time she was doing my hair she was texting on her phone in the middle of my processing she went to go smoke and breathed her stinky smoke breathe in my face the remainder of my service. My hair might as well have been cut by a blind person and my blonde was completely brassy. Im not a hard person to please but this was just absurd. Will not be returning!!
