Located in Kalispell, Mont., The Summit is a more than 118,000-square-foot community center that provides various medical programs to the community members. It offers education, recreation, fitness and health promotion services and programs for individuals. The organization s programs for adults include running training, badminton league, yoga, group cycling, martial arts and self-defense, soccer and tennis leagues, triathlon training, volleyball clubs and weight management support groups. The Summit also offers aerobics, wall climbing, racquetball and tennis competitions. The organization provides group and private swimming lessons for adults and children, and aquatic dance and exercise classes. It also provides gymnasiums and therapy pools for people.
