Provided by YP.comI grew up in the Kalamazoo area. When I was eight or nine, I had my hearing tested at Constance Brown. I hadn't had much contact with it for about 40 years though I knew it did good work in the community for the poor.Anyway recently after my wife nagged me for the nth time I finally decided to have my hearing tested once more.
I was kind of on the fence about whether to go to Constance Brown because I grew up poor and thought it was mostly for poor people, so its products might be second rate - you know. But let me tell you, it was much different then what I thought. They had equipment there that I can't even begin to tell you how technically advanced it was. After it was determined that I had moderate to severe hearing loss in my right ear, I decided on getting an aid. What I liked it that they explained the process right from the get go, they offered me a lot of different options, and they worked with my budget to find something that was the best.

Provided by YP.comTo be honest I was a bit reluctant about getting hearing aids - they were something better suited for my dad. But I play basketball in a league everyweek and I had been missing some cues from my teammates. I got a busy schedule and don't have a lot of time but they went out of the way to try to find a time that worked for me. They have staff that know what they are talking about and they use top notch technology. In fact my aids are Bluetooth-enabled and I can take phone calls right through them. Other than the fact that I look crazy as a loon talking to myself they're pretty cool and I can get listen to music right through them as well which is great for running.
