My clients tell me about their frazzled schedules, the feeling of being pulled in too many directions, and the deep longing for some me time. They need life overhauls, health and fitness plans and sometimes they even need someone to come in and rip apart their life to help them “start over”. They crave direction, independence, focus and a push (or a shove) to get them going down the right path. That’s what I do. That’s real life coaching.In addition to Transformational Life Coaching, Family Coaching, Entrepreneurial Coaching, and Health and Weight Management Coaching, I also specialize in Relationship Coaching.-directing and training clients to improve their success in relationships while focusing on various aspects of meeting and attracting long-term partners and meeting more compatible prospects is our goal. We focus on confidence, communication, body language, interpersonal skills,psychology, sociology and compatibility. Believe it or not, there is a science to it!
