I received flowers today from my husband for Valentine's Day from Bouquet and Baskets. What a disappointment! The arrangement of white and red roses were quite shabby. All of the white roses were unopened and the red roses were wilted. On top of that, they added some ugly red carnations. Of course, the arrangement was returned for a refund. I guess it was expected because of Valentine's Day, I would keep the arrangement. NO WAY! Buyer Beware!.

Provided by YP.comi trusted this florist with my wedding and boy was i right! i scheduled my appointment a week prior, and came in completely clueless of what i wanted for my wedding. i told the lady what i liked and the color theme of white and purple. she walked me through the process of the arrangement's, and my bouquet! i was blown away and the flowers were amazing. thank you for making this day wonderful!

I went to this wonderful shop for the past 5 years, and every week I come in asking what flowers I want and they exceed my expectations! I love this florist because they put quality into there flowers, but suddenly my mother had passed so I trusted them with my flowers, and they did a slot machine stand since my mother loved the slots! Very pleased.

Bouquets & Baskets is my local florist for the 6 years and they always have put out quality service. They did my nieces wedding and the flowers were exquisite. I stop by once a week either for a plants or for a loose bouquet and they can throw together something in minutes. Bouquets and Baskets is the go to florist!

Provided by YP.comWell things have sure changed in 2+ years. For the last 8 years, since I became disabled, George, the owner has cheerfully delivered any bags of soil I required.
Yesterday, I called and when I asked to speak to George a terse woman named Cathy/Kathy answered the phone and said "I'll help you, what is it?" Well, yes she had a 40lb bag of topsoil that was $5 and would be delivered to me. I said great and I would take care of the delivery person. Well this morning I check my charge card and I've been charged over twice the quoted amount, $10.70, for the purchase. Thinking this is some mistake I call, speak to Cathy/Kathy who now tells me "well, we had to charge you a delivery fee and we're not doing favors anymore".
Favors? When you have delivered free for 8 years and then without telling your customer you're charging a delivery fee that is a business practice, not a "favor". It's that homey neighborhood service that delineates your business from the cheaper Home Depots. I have no problem with them charging me a delivery fee if I'm informed upfront and choose to accept those terms but after the fact is hardly being neighborly. Also, I had workers here who could have picked up the topsoil had I known there was a delivery charge which she never informed me of that fact. Her parting shot was "well I'll give you credit for the delivery charge but don't call us anymore."
You can count on that Cathy/Kathy!
