The Workplace Justice Law Group attorneys are experienced problem-solvers serving all of Massachusetts. We will give you an honest assessment of the legal claims you may have. Unlike many law firms, we do not assume that the best course of action is always to file a lawsuit- or even to hire an attorney. If you are having problems at your Massachusetts job, we will work with you to figure out the best strategy for meeting your goals. This may include threatening your employer with a lawsuit or it may include negotiating a quiet exit and a transition to unemployment benefits. (We dont mean to brag but many other employment attorneys consider the two of us to be something of a Dream Team when it comes to assisting people with their Massachusetts unemployment claims.)
