Our 25 year old mantle clock had stopped working and had been sitting silent for several years. I decided on to try Hour Time Square as no one in New Bern had been able to fix it. I brought the clock in last November and finally got it returned in June. We have had it home no two weeks and it is keeping good time and chiming appropriately. I made numerous phone calls after not hearing anything by January and each time were greeted pleasantly and professionally. The owner was becoming as frustrated with his contracted clock repairman as I and did his best to get our clock repaired. Finally, after 7 months, the only real negative and $130 we have our mantle clock home and working. I would do business with Hour Time again based on their attitude, not their timeliness.
