Tried to return a part - NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT SAY THE PART CAN'T BE OPENED - JUST RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THEN THEY ASKED IF WE WANTED IT RETURNED, I AM SURE THEY WOULD SELL TO THE NEXT PERSON - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Can't praise these guys enough for helping me find the parts I needed for my Sub Zero refrigerator. I know very little about my refrigerator, but they were able to answer all my questions on the phone without hesitation. Short and easy process. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

We are a new service Co. in the Atlanta Metro area. They sent us the wrong part, refused to take any responsibility then charged us a 20% restocking fee. We spoke to a manager who said he would fix this and call us back but never did, after three days of dealing with them we were wasting our time. This was our first experience dealing with them and we do a lot of business in the our area which we explained to them. They should have done a courtesy return but for a few dollars they lost are business permanently.
