My move was completed from Jacksonville, FL to the big city NYC and the move was just great. They set up everything and start to work .They were incredible. They work very hard on doing everything just the way I want,They did our move and we could not have had a better experience. My family and I moved recently. Now anybody who has moved even from one house to another knows how difficult it is to pack all your belongings and shift them to a new place. I planned to use them just for the heavy furniture because I could easily move the cartons. When they showed up with a huge truck I figured they had plenty of room to take the stuff I haven't gotten to. They were quick, efficient‎ very friendly, very quick and professional. Good job!!!

My moving experience was a very positive one. They were extremely careful with the objects that were packed. Not only did they bubble wrap a wall unit with glass doors, they then wrapped it in blankets and then used a shrink wrap over the blankets. My furniture, etc. arrived at its destination in excellent condition. They were professional and showed great concern with this move. Thank you!

I have to admit my move was not optimal but Reggie from MOVERS OF JACKSONVILLE Quality assurance specialist contacted me after the move to discuss what went wrong and what went right. He talked to me about new processes put in place to prevent future mistakes and refunded a portion of my move to show Watson's appreciation and gratitude. I have to say, customer service like this is just not found these days. Reggie really cares that your move goes smoothly and without a hitch and if its not right they make it right. With this high level of customer service I would not use any other moving company.
