WORST travel agency ever. Don't know how the basic things about being a travel agent and they are rude on top of that. They do not care about the customers needs and look for an easy wake to make money.

Please don't use them as they don't know how to talk with people & they just want earn money not to think about passenger. Very bad experience. It's better to go other travel agencies than them. I request to all don't use any of their location it's not worth it. Even people who know them from long time & they think that they are good to us as we are friends but check to other agencies they might lot cheaper. I recommend to all pls. Verify with other then buy. Don't go on their talking save ur money. Just sharing my bad experience.

Horrible service. If u book online or with them there is no difference plus he will charge u agent fees so why not book online? Also did not tell me about infant seat criteria when asking in beginning and at the end after taking money, he is telling me to call airlines for seats. If I will be calling airlines then why choose agent? BEWARE.

not so good with customer and customer service

I would not recommend any one to get ticket from this traveler, really bad services and allways wants to get more money out of you
