Very professional company, one of the only companies in town who rents helium tanks, their driver was professional, polite, and very happy.

I was very surprise the drive “John” said he had a little time till his next delivery and help me for about 15minuties to fill & ties balloons.

I wanted to say think you to him; he did not have to stay and help, but with out his help I would have been behind.

We received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The items we rented were never delivered. We had to go pick them up an hour after the party started. The items were not clean and the bounce house smelled like mildew and wouldn't hold air. We tried to put tape on the bounce house to hold air and it still didn't work. After they picked the items up they wanted to charge an additional $200 to take the tape off. These items were stored in a storage area with dogs and all their personal items. What a huge let down to myself and my community of 250 people. Horrible business!

GREAT! We ordered a bounce house for my grand daughters surprise party. They stayed there and explained everything to us so nothing would go wrong. The prices were great and so was the costumer service. We will definitely be renting from this company again.

We got a cotton candy machine for my daughters party, the service that was provide to us was incredible. If anyone needs a cotton candy machine Indy Party Rentals is the place to go.

I ordered the sponge bob jump house it had a "cleaned" seal on in they had to remove when setting up the unit, it was on time and my 5 years olds birthday party went over great!
