Food is sucking OVER COOK AND DRIED OUT, from being maybe fresh at luch but still on the buffet in the evening. DRIED OUT to where you can not eat it. Watched the young man at the register walk to the buffet and pick a piece of "SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN UP WITH HIS HAND AND THEN DIP IN THE RED SAUCE WITH HIS HAND AND EAT IT) when items have been on the buffet to long and dried out, they do not replace it they just stir it up to make it look fresh.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SELF, RUN FOREST RUN SAVE YOURSELF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
